Baby Maker Extreme is a game that simulates the miracle of childbirth… to the extreme! Time breathing with the triggers, then mash the B button to push, and the baby is launched from his mother and into the world, down the hall of the hospital. The player must control the bouncing baby boy by diving into glowing objects or boosting out of danger, with the goal being to keep the baby flying as far as possible. The top scores are recorded and replays can be shared with friends, and the player can even use their Xbox Avatar instead of the generic baby.
